How do we gain the tools to see what we truly possess? My work developed out of the struggle to see and appreciate my personal fortunes. I amend my perceptions by studying and interpreting the materials and patterns from my urban environment. The process of re-creating this environment with color, texture, materials, form and placement encourages the viewer to share both the investigation and the discoveries.
